This advanced level course covers the same topics as the standard level course, but with much more time allotted for skills and scenarios. We will start by spending two days completing the standard 16-hour Wilderness First Aid course. The morning of the third day will be CPR class; if not needed then there will be free time to explore nearby trails. That afternoon we will have additional practice scenarios. The course will culminate in a two-day hiking trip, simulating an extended rescue operation.
